Traffic Sign Purpose:
  * regulate traffic flow
  * warn road hazards
  * provide info and direction

Traffic Sign Type:
  * mandatory and prohibitory sign: circle shape (e-learn scope)
  * warning sign: triangle
  * regulatory and info sign: square
