  * Singapore Primary Science Olympiad (SPSO)
    * annual national competition by the NUS High School of Mathematics and Science since 2009.
    * open to Primary 5 pupils in Singapore
    * Theory round + Practical round.
    * goal: 
      * Identify Singapore's Science representatives for the International Mathematics and Science Olympiad (IMSO)
      * greater interest in Biology, Chemistry and Physics among Primary school pupil
    * date: around 05/25
    * reg:
      * only register through their primary school by the teacher-in-charge.
      * Only MOE primary schools are allowed to register. 
      * No individual or private registration is allowed.
      * fee per participant: $20 nett. 
      * **registration period: 21 March to 21 April for 2022.**
