YouTube shorts:
  * youtube short can't change thumbnail
  * vertical video shorter than 1min will be auto uploaded as short
  * short doesn't have embed code, you need to change https://www.youtube.com/shorts/VIDEOCODE to https://www.youtube.com/watch/VIDEOCODE to be able to see share panel with embed code
  * short embed with a flash shape icon, normal video is square shape icon

  * youtube normal video can change thumbnail
  * video longer than 1min can't become as short
